The Innovation and Development, also known as R&D (Research and Development) department is responsible for identifying new technologies that would improve and expand our current product offerings. Being centered on the exploratory phase of product development, R&D spends time on ideation and concept development to initial functional prototypes. Through collaboration with external partners, R&D is actively engaged in building tools and equipment for clinical and basic science research.
